So, the other night (like a week ago) I used my left arm to reach behind me and scratch my ass. I was laying in bed on my right side, and that arm was free. Well! That'll teach me! I somehow tore my rotator cuff. They don't know how bad as of yet. I gotta get Xrays done, and PT. So.

Let me just headdesk a lot.

I can barely use my left arm. Even sitting here typing this with both hands is not good, and hurts a lot, but I haven't got a choice but to type, because also at work.

But yeah, torn rotator cuff. Go me!
