HELLO FROM THE NATION'S CAPITOL!

That's right, I'm in Washington DC. Sage and Dante did not come with me and are at home with the cat. AJ, however, is with me, and having a blast.

We've done the Mall and all the monuments, plus we hit two of the Smithsonians on Sunday. (Natural History and Air and Space)

We saw the Hope Diamond! It was not as big as I expected. :P However, we saw a bunch of stuff that was awesome, so that's okay.

Tomorrow (Tuesday) we're going to the Library of Congress, the US Capitol Building, the US Botanical Gardens, Newseum, and Ford's Theatre. Then we're meeting a friend for dinner! It'll be great!

Wednesday - incidentally my birthday - will be at the National Zoo. I want to see pandas. Also; Aj loves the zoo.

We went to the White House today and there was a ~thing~ going on. We didn't see Dumpster Fire-In-Chief or anything, but they wouldn't let us in front of the building for a while. It was weird.

So, I'm getting in like almost triple my step count, which is good! But man, I'm exhausted.
