Not a Good Day

Today, I lost my final tutoree. They just never showed up for tutoring, and I'm just... done with the pain in the ass. Although this week and next are midterms. So; we'll see what happens.

Speaking of midterms. I have a four essay question Lit Midterm that is going to make me pull my hair out. I answered one question today. I also did almost all my biology. I have a midterm for history next week.

Really?

I'm exhausted. I'm trying to keep it together, but that's not happening, really. I'm still considering applying at Dollar General because I can walk that after dark without too much trouble. But Daughter would have to watch Son a lot.

I also have another paper to do that I can't do until after Wednesday.

Basically, I'm flailing and sinking and there's no one picking up the slack.

Midterms and finals... I loved school, but I don't miss those things.

*hugs* I'm mostly okay? I've got a lot on my plate and even more coming, but I think I'm keeping up? Just yesterday was a day of whining. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it was. There's a lot of work to do, but Daughter now realizes why I'm doing the work (namely: Housing is coming on the 16th) and that means the house has to be perfect.

And I've gotten all but one question done on my midterm. I need to read some on my history, but I've got a doc appointment on Thursday that I can use to read and highlight the history.

I aced my biology tests today! So, that helps too.

And the only final I'm worried about is History. I'm sure I can handle the others.

What eras/locations are you studying in history?

History is "World History since 1500" Right now, it's the Industrial Revolution and the nationalism that brought about in Europe.

But we started with "Creating World markets 1500-1700" which was forever ago and I should read it again.
