Looking forward...

I know I don't post often, or, ya know, at all, but I'm looking forward to 2026. I'm putting down what I want to do in 2026 and what I have done in 2025. All of it seems surreal, that 2026 isn't a real year.

So, what did I want to do in 2025:

- Rewrite Steampunk
- Submit Steampunk
- Finish decorating the house
- Move?
- Submit Narissia

What did I accomplish in 2025:

- Rewrite Steampunk
- Move
- Submit Steampunk

That's not bad, considering the year I've had, which I'm too tired to get into now.

Anyway, what am I doing for 2026?

- Rewrite Narissia
- Finish one werewolf story
- Write 200k words for two writing challenges
- Finish the crochet blanket
- Have lamb for Easter
- Read books that aren't just really bad monsterfucker romance

That's about it.

"Move" is like the Blob, it eats everything in sight. If you accomplished Move + 1, then you won the year. \o/

I'm not into doing challenges because that makes things feel like a slog at least for reading. Like I'm being forced to read things. If I put it as a goal, it's fine.

But I'm definitely reading the sign up posts if anything pokes me and interests me!
