Mother's Day

Tomorrow is Mother's Day. I don't have to work, thankfully. But, I doubt anything around here will happen. Honestly, if I get a cake, I'll be surprised. Also, the one gift I wanted for Mother's Day, I can't have.

Sigh.

I have about $14 in change, that could go for the video game! But I'm not going to do that to someone.

So, tomorrow is going to suck, badly.

And I just don't want to do it. I don't want another disappointing mother's day.

Unfortunately... it's turning out exactly as I suspected. I'm in my room, roaming the internet, with nothing to do. Because there's no money and Sam's Dad won't let me take his car to go anywhere, anyway. (Buses are hard to find on Sunday)

Ended up going to the library. I didn't want to, but had to get out of the house. So, that happened

Also, how is your job hunt going? I don't recall if I followed up to ask you about the paralegal interview.

The job hunt goes? I've not gotten any call backs or anything from any of the interviews I've been on. I have two job interviews today. One for a paralegal, one for a 'document specialist' (which, from the description sounds like a glorified secretary).

Today, I'm going to email the county job and see what that situation is, and then go to my second interview. Since my first is at 9am, and I've got to get ready for that (taking the bus sucks...).

So, still looking, but... hoping for the best.
