Personal stuff
So, I've been keeping it to money things, and this ties into that... but... it gets personal and dark, so you're warned.
On July 8, 2021, sometime between 230am and 530am, my mother passed. We know it was between those hours, because the Aide at the home where she resided, checked on her at 230, but she was breathing fine, and then at 530 - when the aide went to get her up, she was dead.
So, I've been dealing with all of that. the funeral is the 4th of August (It took that long for many reasons - coroner had to have a go, then getting everyone together, and then getting leave, and... yeah) but I'm not going, because I can't afford to.
In fact, AHAHAHA, somehow I'm $470 short on rent, and don't know how to make that money up. It's ridiculous. And I'm tired, and people are yelling at me for reasons that I understand but there's nothing I can do about it.
But, prior to this, we had everything booked to go to DC, and had it all paid for, and somehow, I still overspent? IDK. I've added everything up and still can't figure out where that almost $500 went. Just... shoot me now, okay?
Anyway, my mother is dead, my siblings are reeling, my one brother, Mike, is trying to help them out, and I'm still the shitty kid. I don't know what to do because I can't go north, like I want to, I can't pay my rent and I'm about ripe for a breakdown. So... yeah.
My birthday was awesome though. What I remember of it. see, in DC? I got heat exhaustion, and it carried over into the last few days. But tomorrow I go to work, so that'll be interesting.
I just want to hide.
