Moving...
So, a little background.
My brother Sam moved in with me last May. He was living in his mother's house, in the basement with his cat. BUT we had a huge rainstorm and the basement flooded, ruining a lot of his belongings and making it uninhabitable. So, he moved in with me. With his cat, Piper.
Now, I live in a two bedroom, two bath apartment. With three adults, and three cats, that's hard to do. I love Sam, he's my brother, but we need a bigger place. We have a chance at another place. Three bedroom, two and a half bath, townhome, still in this school district for my son.
But, it's going to be $1400 + moving expenses just to move into the apartment.
And I can come up with it, but I can't pay my bills for a paycheck. And that's... not good. That's a whole paycheck I'll be behind and that means that some bills don't get paid for a month. So, I don't know what to do. Because I haven't used any Covid relief for my bills, as of yet, but I don't want to either, because I'm not sure what good it'll do for me versus the hit to my credit score.
Sigh. I don't know what to do. And Sam's not awake to ask either. We're going to talk when he gets up.
