Project outline...
This is more for me than anyone else. Feel free to skip or ignore at will.
Okay, so I have two big writing projects and several small ones. So, I'm writing this out here.
Moon fic: This was NaNo 2011 and needs to be finished, if nothing else so thatetcetera_cat can giggle about it. I'm writing this for me and doubt that it'll ever go any further than her and I, because we get the in-jokes and the ridiculousness.
I really want to finish it and need to decide where it will be finished, before I just randomly take off and never, quite, look at it again.
One Wing Angel: This is the working title for something I've already written the plot points down on. I'm not sure if this'll be my NaNo 2012 project, but it might. Because I can do the character profiles and sketch things out and then do the NaNo thing.
In fact, this probably will be my NaNo. Just because I know where it's going to go and it should be rather easy.
Dragon Blooded: This needs edited and rewritten pretty badly. Because it was a NaNo project, it has more than a few problems, but I'm aware of most of them and have been working on editing this off and on. I hate editing, because I feel like a failure. (I'm working on that, and might just print it out and edit it that way.)
Knights of Orion: God... this beast needs queried. Like a lot. I want to get it out there and looked at and taken care of and... yeah. Might look into agents next week and see what I need to do to write that query letter.
Wow, me contemplating a query letter. Never thought I'd see it....
So, those are the writing projects. There might be more waiting in the wings, but... for right now, that's it.
This means things that are not writing.
Shawl: I'm down to the last repetition and need to work on it today. Really, really need to. I have it on my list of things to do, but... I'm sitting upstairs and the knitting is downstairs. Because I'm awesome. However, this is something that needs remedied.
Geisha: This is a cross stitch that's beautiful and I want, desperately, to finish. I really need it done. Because I won't feel like I've failed if I finish it. Plus, I made myself the promise that I couldn't buy any more small cross stitches until I've finished it, that way I won't have it hanging over my head.
Wizard: Another large cross stitch. I want to get this mostly done this year, if I can. I'm hoping to get started on it by March or April, so that'll give me most of the year to get it done.
I want to find another knitting project, and I'll definitely be adding smaller cross stitching projects throughout the year.
