Debt again... AHAHAHAHA
So, despite this post.... Things have come up, that change things pretty radically. And this isn't even because of the rabbit hole, well, some of it is? But it makes sense.
So, things have happened. Nothing bad! Just some money things.
Mainly, with the Mattress budget and Aspire.
So, I don't pay any interest on my Mattress payment If I pay off the mattresses before January 28th and the beds/boxsprings by May 28th. So, that payment needs to be increased.
And then, I got the Aspire bill. And that was way higher than I expected. So, those two payments are going to have to be changed. Now, my August 21st paycheck looked like this:
Rent: 866
Visa: 45
Visa: 70
Discover: 50
Paypal: 40
Netflix: 14
Disney: 8
Apple: 50
AAA: 103
Loans: 95
Groceries: 200
Gas: 20
--------------
Total: 1561
Now, what I'm doing is this:
Rent: 866
Visa: 30
Visa: 70
Discover: 46
Netflix: 14
Disney: 8
Apple: 60
AAA: 103
Loans: 95
Groceries: 200
Gas: 20
-------------
Total: 1512
The reason for some of these changes: I have a birthday present to buy this month, and need to save quite a bit.
Now, this also changes the September 4th budget, which looked like this:
Duke: 140
Net: 80
PF: 11
Sprint: 280
Geico: 73
Mattress: 120
Aspire: 55
Car: 285
Groceries: 200
------------
1244
Now, it's going to look like this:
Duke: 140
Net: 30
PF: 11
Sprint: 280
Geico: 72
Mattress: 170
Aspire: 84
Car: 285
Groceries: 200
-------------
Total: 1272
So, that's higher. By like $28, which isn't a lot but it can throw off my budget. Now, I'm assuming that I'm going to be working 60 hours the next two weeks. I find out on Wednesday what the 21st's paycheck is. It should be around $1170.
However. September 4th. It should look like this:
19.29
x120
------
2314.80
19.29
x20 (OT)
-------
385.80
2314.80 + 385.80 = 2700.60
2700.60
x0.63 (taxes + fees)
--------
1701.37
So, that September 4th paycheck will be about $1700. This means, that after bills are paid, I'm going to have: $428. That, added with the, about $343, that will be left from this paycheck. That's $771, that can go toward a washer/dryer. Or thereabouts. That will be good. Because while I can finance it, I don't want to finance as much if I don't have to.
So, if I plan for $700, that's almost half of the price, that it is currently. We'll see on September 4th, so hopefully, hopefully everything goes well. But that's a lot of OT. Hopefully, I can deal with it.
