New Year Plans
So, as this year comes to a close, I have some Thoughts about next year.
I know, tomorrow is Christmas, but anyone who knows me, knows I like getting my ducks in a row early.
So, here we go:
Goals:
- Finish and frame four cross stitches
- Start, finish, possibly sell more knit shawls
- Read five books (I know, not a lot, but I'm out of the habit)
- Save $2000 outside of what I need for vacations.
- Start saving for Paris
- Stop buying random things without finishing other things first
- Furniture OMG
That's it. That's my goals for the year. You'll notice writing isn't on there. There's a reason. I have so much else that I want to do that I think taking a step back and only maybe doing NaNo, is the plan. I hope to write a little each day, but we all know about hopes, dreams, fishes.
So this is the game plan. Because I also want to play ALL THE VIDEO GAMES in 2020 (seriously, my backlog is pretty bad) so I need a game plan.
- Writing: Done on breaks/lunches/at work
- Reading: Possibly also done at work/after I go to bed
- Handicrafts: Done on the weekdays that I do not work.
- The money thing: Gonna be a work in progress, trust me.
